Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 cm ginger, chopped
- 250 gr chicken filet, sliced
- 1 tsp ABC Ketchup Asin
- 1 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 600 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tbsp ABC Sambal Plow
- 2 bunches kale, picking leaves
- 400 gr Egg noodles, blansir
- 2 sticks spring onions, sliced
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until those smell good. Add chicken, soy sauce and soy sauce and stir well.
- Add water and salt, and cook until boiling. Enter the cornstarch solution, stirring until thickened.
- Put in ABC chili plow, kale and stir. Add the eggs, cook until all ingredients are well blended. Remove and serve.
