Ingredients
- 1 piece French bread (bread cut askew 1 cm)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp parsley (chopped parsley provided)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 50 ounces onion (chopped onions available)
- 2 pieces tomatoes (chopped 2 tomatoes available)
- 3 tbsp ABC ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 400 gr peeled shrimp (diced peeled shrimp available)
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
Cooking Steps
- Place pieces of baguette on a baking sheet square. Drizzle with olive oil until evenly distributed. Sprinkle with salt, pepper until evenly distributed. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake in a hot oven until done. Remove.
- Shrimp tomato sauce: heat the oil and saute garlic and sweet onion until scented. Put the tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes ripe and slightly crushed. Add ABC tomato sauce and stir well.
- Put in the shrimp, salt and pepper, stir briefly until the shrimp overcooked. Lift.
- Take 1 piece of bread bruschetta. Pour with 1 tablespoon shrimp tomato sauce onto top of it. Repeat the process until the bread. Serve.
