Spaghetti Bolognaise

Cooking Steps

  1. Boil the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Saute garlic, sweet onion, carrot and celery until tender.
  3. Insert meat stir-fry until cooked, add water, stir.
  4. Add half of tomato sauce, then season to taste with pepper, salt, oregano, beef broth powder and sugar, stir well, bring to a boil.
  5. Add the remaining tomato sauce, simmer for 30 minutes thicken with cornstarch until the sauce becomes red.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
