Ingredients
- 1 sachet Bamboe seasoning rendang
- 1/2 slice onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves puti onions, coarse cncang
- 100 gr minced chicken
- 10 sheets chives, cut
- 250 gr bean sprouts
- 100 gr tempeh, cut into matchsticks
- 10 points poached quail egg, remove the skin
- 5 pieces red chili, cut askew
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 sachet flavoring
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cooking Steps
- Heat the cooking oil. Saute onion and garlic until wilted. Put in minced chicken and cook until it changes color. Set aside.
- Heat oil, saute the seasoning of Bamboe rendang.Add tempe, chives, bean sprouts, quail eggs, red peppers, soy sauce, salt, pepper and flavoring. Stir well.
- Add chicken that have been sauteed, stir well. Pick up and ready to be served.
