Cooking Steps

  1. Heat the cooking oil. Saute onion and garlic until wilted. Put in minced chicken and cook until it changes color. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, saute the seasoning of Bamboe rendang.Add tempe, chives, bean sprouts, quail eggs, red peppers, soy sauce, salt, pepper and flavoring. Stir well.
  3. Add chicken that have been sauteed, stir well. Pick up and ready to be served.
