Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger until scented. Add the yellow tofu, horseradish, sweet soy sauce and salt. Cook briefly until cooked turnip.
  2. Pour the water / broth, bring to a boil. Add the yellow tofu, horseradish, sweet soy sauce and salt. Cook briefly until cooked turnip.
  3. Put in the oats and stir well. Immediately remove and serve warm.
