Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 clove onions, sliced
- 1 stick spring onions, sliced
- 3 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 1.250 ml chicken broth
- 3 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- 2 pieces silken tofu, cut into 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm
- 200 gr shrimp peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp ABC soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ABC soy sauce flavor steady
- 1/2 tbsp ABC sesame oil
Cooking Steps
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger until scented, pour the broth, stir until boiling.
- Put in the shrimp, stir until it changes color, add the year and stir well.
- Add ABC Soy Sauce, ABC Soy Sauce, salt and pepper, stirring until cooked.
- Thicken with cornstarch solution, stir until bubbling.
- Towards appointed, put in ABC Sesame Oil, scallions and celery, stir well and serve while warm.
- Stirring slowly to avoid tofu being crashed out because the silken tofu easily smashed.
