Pudding Strawberry Yogurt Sauce

Cooking Steps

  1. Mix water, ABC grade special strawberries and jelly in a saucepan. Cook until boiling while stirring occasionally. Remove and let steam heat is lost.
  2. Arrange the pieces of strawberries in serving glasses (100ml). Pour the gelatin solution to meet the 3/4 section. Let stand until frozen.
  3. Pour the yogurt to satisfy serving glasses and serve chilled.
