Cooking Steps

  1. Sauce: Mix egg yolk, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard, mix until blended.
  2. Pour happy soya oil gradually while shaken up until the oil runs out and thickens.
  3. Pour ice water. Prepare pieces kyuri, tofu and carrots in a serving dish, put the sauce then sprinkle chopped green onion and serve.
