Ingredients
- 150 gr baby beans / chickpeas baby, cut into 2 parts
- 20 gr garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 pieces curly red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper / pepper
- 30 gr margarine
- 4 pieces chicken egg yolk, salted and cooked, mash rough
- 1000 ml coconut oil
- 75 gr flour, dyes
- 125 ml water, ice, dyes
- 1/2 tsp salt, dyes
- 1/4 tsp pepper / pepper powder, dyes
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil on a griddle. Meanwhile, dip the baby beans into the batter dyers. When oil is hot enough, put baby beans that have been coated with the flour mixture. Fry until color change to golden. Remove and set aside.
- Saute garlic, red chilli and pepper together margarine. Add cooked salted egg yolk that has been destroyed. Stir well.
- Add fried baby beans, stir well. Once cooked, remove from heat and ready to be served.
