Cooking Steps

  1. Weep dori fish fillets with salt, pepper and lime juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip the fish fillets dori one by one into the mixed egg, then roll into the oatmeal while being press gently until blended.
  3. Fried with soybean oil until cooked and crispy. Remove and drain.
  4. Sauteed potato: saute the chopped garlic with soy oil, add the potatoes boiled, chopped chives, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Stir, lift.
  5. Serve dori swathe of oatmeal along with sauteed potatoes and tartar sauce.
