Ingredients
- 100 gr Quaker Quick cooking oats
- 50 ounces minced chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cloves onions, puree
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp seasoning chicken broth
- 3 stalks celery, minced
- 500 ml water
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
- 5 pieces dumpling skin is cut into small pieces and fried or to taste
Cooking Steps
- Heat the oil and garlic enter and stir until browned (seasoning slurry).
- Add chicken and a little soy sauce and stir until cooked and set aside. (Spice powder)
- Cook Quaker Oats with water and seasoning chicken broth until thickened.
- Put in a condiment pulp, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste and mix well.
- Pour serve into bowls, sprinkle with fried onions, celery and fried dumpling skin.
- Serve in warm (for 2 cups).
