Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil / vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 30 gr onion, roughly chopped
- 300 gr broccoli, cut into pieces
- 350 ml beef broth
- 400 ml non-fat milk
- 50 ounces Quaker Instant / Quaker Cooking
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 4 pieces smoked beef, cut into pieces, saute briefly
Cooking Steps
- Saute garlic and sweet onion in olive oil until wilted.
- Add broccoli, stir until broccoli change color, remove. Enter sauteed broccoli into the blender bowl.
- Add broth and milk, process until smooth. Pour back into the pot of cream of broccoli, warm it over low heat.
- Add Quaker Instant / Quaker Cooking, pepper, salt and parsley.
- Stir until smooth, remove from heat. Serve broccoli cream soup, sprinkle with smoked beef stir-fry.
