Ingredients
- 5 Pieces spinach leaves, sliced briefly boiled, drained
- 2 pieces potatoes, steamed and mashed
- 50 ounces carrot, grated
- 3 pieces red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp bouillon powder, or to taste
- 50 ounces kraft cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick celery, sliced
- 100 gr flour bread or to taste
- 1 point eggs, beaten off
- 200 ml cooking oil or to taste
Cooking Steps
- Puree onion and garlic.
- Combine spinach leaves, potatoes, carrots, grated cheese and celery. Add onion and garlic that has been crushed, ground pepper and bouillon powder and stir well.
- Form the dough oval, dip into egg and breadcrumbs. Do it until the finish.
- Heat oil, fry the croquettes until golden brown color, remove from heat.
- Serve while warm.
