Cooking Steps

  1. Crust: crushed biscuits, stir in the milk until evenly distributed. Prepare the serving glasses, put 1 tablespoon of biscuit mixture into serving glasses and set aside.
  2. Mango mousse: heat mango and Mango Delight ABC Squash, stirring until well blended. Lift, put the gelatin solution, stirring. Let stand until mixture is lukewarm.
  3. Take 1/3 of cream, mix with mango mixture while stirring rapidly. Add the remaining cream into the mixture, stirring using a balloon whisk (until the dough volume and fluffy).
  4. Prepare the serving glasses, put mango mousse mixture until almost filled the glass. Put it in the fridge until solid. Garnish with mango pieces
