Cooking Steps
- Saute onion, garlic and ginger until scented.
- Add oyster mushrooms, stirring until wilted.
- Put ABC Sardines fish and mix well.
- Add sauce sardines, salt, pepper and sugar and stir well. Then pour the water and cook until cooked and pervasive.
- Ripping mushrooms should not be too small so mushroom not being fall apart when cooked.
