Sauteed Vegetables Beancurd

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat ABC Sesame Oil.
  2. Saute garlic and sweet onion until scented.
  3. Add chicken, stirring until it changes color. Put in cauliflower and carrots, stirring until wilted.
  4. Add ABC Oyster Sauce, ABC Soy Sauce and pepper and stir.
  5. Put in caisim, mushrooms and bean curd, stir well. Pour water, cook until done.
  6. Serve while warm.
  7. Soak cauliflower pieces in a mixture of water and salt. If there was a caterpillar, it will come out by itself.
