Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped garlic provided)
- 500 gr kwetiau dried (boiled and drained)
- 200 gr beef (sliced thin)
- 250 gr bok choy (boiled and drained)
- 1 tbsp ABC soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 70 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 cm ginger (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp ABC soy sauce flavor steady
- 1 tbsp ABC oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp cornflour (dissolve cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water)
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil and saute garlic until scented, stir kwetiau enter. Add the soy sauce, stir well, remove from heat, set aside.
- The sauce: heat the oil and saute sweet onion, garlic and ginger until scented. Put in the beef, stir-fry until it changes color.
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and stir well. Enter the bok choy and stir well.
- Add water, cook until boiling. Put in a solution of starch, stir quickly until thickened, remove from heat. Pour over kwetiau that has been in place on a serving plate and serve.
